A seasoned operations leader, he oversees end-to-end plant operations including production planning, quality control, maintenance, project execution, and workforce management. Known for his strong technical acumen and process-driven approach, Vijayshankar has played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, quality excellence, and safe manufacturing practices across leading steel organizations in Gujarat and Maharashtra. At Shambho Techsteel, his leadership continues to strengthen manufacturing capabilities, optimize resources, and support the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality stainless steel solutions with consistency and precision.

Vikas Pipare
Vikas Tulshiram Pipare is the Assistant Manager – Production at Shambho Techsteel Private Limited, Vadodara. He brings strong hands-on experience in stainless steel tube manufacturing, with a specialized background in cold pilger operations, production planning, and shop-floor execution. In his current role, Vikas is responsible for production scheduling, manpower planning, quality control, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement. Known for his structured approach and problem-solving mindset, he works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, high productivity, and adherence to quality and safety standards. His exposure to leading manufacturing organizations and focus on lean practices contribute significantly to strengthening Shambho Techsteel’s operational efficiency and manufacturing excellence.

Pappu Kumar Pandit
Pappu Kumar Pandit brings over 16 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Non-Destructive Testing in the steel manufacturing industry. As Manager – QA/QC at Shambho Techsteel Private Limited, he plays a key role in strengthening quality systems, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO, BIS, PED, and IBR. His expertise in third-party inspections, documentation, and certification processes reflects his commitment to excellence and helps uphold Shambho Techsteel’s reputation for quality and reliability.
